When should I go to an Emergency Room?

If your condition is life-threatening, then either dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We accept most forms of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare

What are our hours?

We are open 7 days a week. Monday – Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and on weekends 9am – 6 pm. We take our last patient at around 7 pm on weekdays

How much do you charge?

We charge $75 for the office visit for self pay patients. Depending on the situation, there may be additional charges based on services provided. Patients with insurance are responsible for their copay or deductible at the time of their visit.

Are there any hidden charges?

We bill as an urgent care clinic. We will always inform you of all charges during the office visit.

Do we accept Medicaid?

Yes. We accept Traditional Medicaid, Texas Childrens Health Insurance, Community Health Choice, Amerigroup, Superior, and Molina.

Can I get vaccines for my child?

Vaccines are funded through the Texas Vaccines for Children Program. These are administered in our office to qualifying patients. Specifically these vaccines are provided to patients with Medicaid or to patients without insurance.

Do I need an appointment?

No. This is a walk-in clinic and does not require an appointment. We treat patients on a first come, first serve basis.

What do I need to bring with me to the office?

Please bring your health insurance card and your ID, if you have one. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What days are you open?

We are open seven days a week. We are closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
